Privacy

Ammasco Radio uses essential hosting, security and playback data to deliver this website, protect staff access and provide live and recorded audio.

The public website does not require a listener account, precise location, contact upload or microphone access.

Ammasco Radio mobile app

The listener app does not require an account. If you choose to enable station notifications, the app sends an anonymous installation identifier, a protected installation secret, the device push token, platform, app and operating-system versions, last-seen time and your notification preferences to Ammasco Radio's production service. Ammasco Radio and its notification delivery providers use this information only to register the installation, deliver the categories you select and protect the notification service.

Favourites, playback positions, downloaded programmes, download details and cached public content are stored on the device for listener features and offline use. The app does not use an advertising ID, third-party analytics, precise location, contacts or microphone access. You can disable notification categories in the app and clear locally stored listener data and downloads from the app settings.

Optional analytics and advertising

With your permission, the production public website uses Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and page use, and Google AdSense to support the newsroom with advertising. These optional services are disabled by default until a consent choice applies. The staff newsroom at admin.ammascoradio.ng is not included.

Visitors can accept or reject optional services with equally available choices. You can review or change your choice at any time using Privacy choices in the footer. The site stores that preference in local browser storage so it can apply on later visits. Google's certified consent message manages choices where European privacy rules apply; Ammasco Radio provides the equivalent choice for other visitors.
